I´m Janice Rowen, HR & Executive Leadership Coach

I am a triple-accredited Leadership Executive Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner, with over two decades of senior HR and executive development experience across diverse, high-performing corporate environments. I am known for delivering grounded, evidence-based coaching that is as strategic as it is human.
My journey has taken me through global organisations across the UK, GCC, and Europe, where I have accumulated more than 2,000 hours of individual and group coaching working with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent. Each conversation has deepened my belief that the most powerful leadership growth is rooted in self-awareness, purpose, and strength.
I founded Janice Rowen Consultancy to guide leaders beyond the language of resilience towards true, sustainable growth and transformation. My work focuses on aligning individual potential with organisational purpose, so both can flourish. With a steady hand and deep respect for the process, I help leaders create change that endures personally, professionally, and systemically.

A Little About Me
I was born and raised in North London, the middle of five girls, in a household where resilience came naturally and curiosity was quietly encouraged.
My career began in retail management, but it was my fascination with what drives people that led me to pursue a Level 7 Diploma in HR Management with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. That passion became a profession, spanning 15 years as an HR leadership partner with three of the UK’s supermarket giants.
In 2015, I accepted a divisional HR business partner role that brought me to Kuwait City, a bold shift both professionally and personally. Today, I serve as Director of HR at a leading insurance company while continuing to coach leaders through my consultancy.
I am, unapologetically, a lifelong learner. I hold a Distinction in my third master’s degree this time in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. I love knowledge, but I value wisdom more, especially when it’s shared.
Outside the boardroom and coaching space, you will find me in quieter moments: grounding on the yoga mat, pushing limits in an exercise class, or taking in nature’s pace and beauty. I travel to understand the world; my husband and I are steadily ticking off our bucket list with gratitude and awe.
