Coaching Supervision
Accredited Master Coach Supervisor working in accordance with the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors, and Supervisors. Supervision with Janice Rowen provides a psychologically safe and professionally rigorous environment in which ethical practice, integrity, and accountability are actively lived rather than simply referenced.

What is Supervision
Supervision is a form of professional support for the practitioner / leader and takes place separately from the interaction with the client. It is a reflective, ethical and future-focused partnership that creates space to pause, think and make sense of real client and organizational encounters.
At its core, supervision is a dialogue about practice. It strengthens professional judgement, deepens self-awareness and sustains high-quality, values-aligned work overtime. Through reflection on lived coaching and leadership experiences, supervision supports practitioners to notice patterns, surface assumptions, navigate ethical complexity and integrate learning into how they show up in their roles.

Who Supervision Is For?
My supervision work is designed to support reflective, ethical, and strengths-led practice across a wide range of professional contexts. I work with:

Coach and Mentor Practitioners at all levels, including those seeking supervision to support initial accreditation, renewal, or progression across ICF, EMCC, and AC pathways

Senior leaders and executives, including C-suite and Board Directors, seeking enhanced leadership presence, clarity of judgement, and effectiveness in complex environments.

Expatriate leaders transitioning into new cultural, organizational, and regional contexts.

Professionals at all career stages who lead teams who want reflective space to support quality, wellbeing and growth.
Supervision for Coaches
Janice Rowen Supervision with coaches is for practitioners who want more than reassurance or technical guidance. It is for coaches who are curious about their presence, patterns, professional identity and who want to practice in a way that is ethical, distinctive and sustainable.
Supervision creates space to think clearly about the work you do and about who you are becoming as a coach. Typical areas of exploration include: Who are you being in your coaching,
What strengths consistently show up that you may be overlooking? And what assumptions, habits, or blind spots might now be limiting your effectiveness?

How Supervision Is Experienced
"My style is reflective, practical and values-led. I create supervision spaces that are thoughtful and appropriately challenging, where patterns can be seen clearly, what is unspoken can be named and professional confidence is strengthened rather than eroded."
