Janice Rowen Resilience Cards are a reflective learning resource designed to support expatriate leaders in building inner strength, self-awareness, and adaptive capacity throughout their global leadership journey.
Created with a foundation in positive psychology, coaching psychology, and emotional resilience theory, the cards serve as a practical and interactive tool for cultivating mental agility, emotional regulation, and values-driven decision-making in culturally dynamic contexts.
Whether used independently, in coaching sessions, or as part of structured leadership programmes, the Resilience Cards empower leaders to engage in meaningful self-reflection, unlock insight, and foster greater well-being and adaptability in times of change and transition.

Integration, Capability Building & Sustainability
Janice Rowen Consultancy partners with organisations to embed the Resilience Cards within coaching pathways, leadership programmes, and DEI initiatives. Facilitator guides and workshop templates are available to support internal coaches, mentors, and HR professionals in using the cards effectively.
Evaluation is aligned to the Kirkpatrick Model, measuring leader engagement, mindset shifts, behavioural application, and long-term impact on leadership performance and well-being

Challenge and Reframe: Cards that guide leaders to consider new perspectives and develop flexible thinking

Strengthen and Sustain: Invitations to reinforce personal values, resources, and support systems
