What is PERMA+V?
Developed by Professor Martin Seligman, PERMA is a model of wellbeing that outlines five core pillars of human flourishing:
- P – Positive Emotion: Cultivating optimism, gratitude, and emotional agility
- E – Engagement: Leveraging strengths to enter ‘flow’ states and meaningful work
- R – Relationships: Building connection, trust, and psychological safety
